Functie: Allround Customer Service & Sales Support

Voor onze afdeling Customer Services zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste Allround Customer Service & Sales Support om ons team te versterken en bij te dragen aan ons succes!
Over de functie:
In deze veelzijdige rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige customer serviceproces: van orderverwerking tot facturatie, en van klantcontact tot databeheer. Je werkt nauw samen met afdelingen zoals Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain en Logistiek, en draagt actief bij aan het verbeteren van processen en klanttevredenheid.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

Perfecte uitvoer in het order tot facturatieproces

Belangrijke schakel tussen o.a. de klant, sales, marketing, inkoop, etc. om met goede afstemming een hoge klanttevredenheid te verkrijgen

Creatie/mutatie van klantdata in SAP en het CRM-pakket

Je werkt samen met je collega’s binnen Customer Service BNL, zoals o.a. met medewerkers Customer Sales Support Front Office Benelux, Functional experts en proces coördinatoren, dit om samen de processen optimaal te kunnen uitvoeren en continu te verbeteren.

Optimaal verwerken van prijs en leverafspraken.

Klanten e-commerce ondersteuning bieden.

Overige administratieve werkzaamheden uitvoeren

MBO en/of MBO+ werk- en denkniveau

Ervaring in soortgelijke functie is een pré

Goede communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden

Bekend met MS Office, zoals Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint en Word

Ervaring met SAP is een pré

Goede kennis van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift, frans is een pré
