Lead and optimize the end-to-end buying process to drive sales growth, improve profitability, and deliver a high-quality customer experience across DTC Outlet channels.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract position.
Market research: Conduct market research to stay informed about consumer preferences, emerging trends, and competitive offering, while ensuring brand protection and finding opportunities for assortment optimization and strategic growth.
Inventory Management: Collaborate with Planning team to maintain efficient stock levels throughout the season and at end-of-season transitions. Supervise inventory turnover, sell-through rates, and make data-driven decisions to handle stock levels optimally.
Sales Analysis: Regularly analyse sales performance identifying areas of growth and improvement. Use sales data to make informed decisions about product assortment, pricing, and promotional strategies.
Seasonal Planning: Plan and complete seasonal product launches, ensuring that new collections are well-timed, well-stocked, adequately promoted.
Working closely with the Channel Merchandising team, providing relevant in-season and pre-season feedback covering product performance, customer preferences, market demand and future opportunities.
Cross-Functional Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with colleagues and stakeholders such as planning, retail and digital marketing, ecommerce, marketplace, allocation, operations and demand planning to ensure flawless execution of merchandising strategies.
