Facility Coordinator - Maastricht - Ericsson
About the Role:
As a CBRE Facilities Sr. Coordinator, you will coordinate clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth daily operations and completion of work orders for a Maastricht-based office of approximately 100 employees. Present updates and information to internal teams and stakeholders when required
Proactively identify and resolve day-to-day operational issues without requiring constant supervision
What You’ll Need:
Fluency in Dutch and professional-level English
2–3 years of relevant experience in facilities coordination, workplace services, hospitality, or similar operational roles
A proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to manage a variety of tasks across operations, coordination, and events
Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships on site
Experience or affinity with event coordination and office operations
Basic understanding of financial or contract support tasks is a plus
