Logoplaste is looking for a Shift Leader for our plant in Zoetermeer. For this position, it is essential that you have strong leadership skills and experience in a production environment. You will manage a production team of three to four people and report directly to the Plant Manager.

Tasks / Responsibilities
- Direct supervisor of the production team, consisting of an Assistant Shift Leader and Machine Operators.
- Responsible for all personnel planning in accordance with production requirements
- Oversees shift schedules, working hours, vacation days, and any overtime worked by the team via the time registration system.
- Ensures accurate recording of production data and coordinates inspection, maintenance, and cleaning activities to ensure the reliability of the information.
- Monitors daily production, prioritizing timely delivery and product quality.
- Provides technical support when needed, oversees scheduled maintenance, and makes decisions about equipment use, maintenance, and modifications.
- Works closely with management and departments such as Quality and Technical Services, with effective communication being key.
- Supports the team in resolving quality deviations, separates non-conformance products, and ensures delivery in accordance with customer requirements.
- Identifies training needs within the team and takes targeted action.
- Ensures strict compliance with Health & Safety, Food Safety, and Housekeeping guidelines.
- Participation in the BHV team is required.
What we are looking for…
Profile
- Completed MBO level 4 education or MBO+ working and thinking level through a combination of education and practical experience.
- 3 to 5 years of work experience in an (industrial) production environment.
- Knowledge and experience in Extrusion Blow Molding.
Technical Skills
- Good command of both Dutch and English, both spoken and written, is essential.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Physical requirements and work environment
- The organization provides all necessary tools for performing the job (tools and personal protective equipment).
- Overall, the work is not mentally demanding.
- The environment in which work is performed is very hygienic.
