The Junior Brand Manager will support category growth through the successful launch and commercialization of Dobla products, innovations and customer solutions, ensuring strong customer relevance and commercial impact. Act as the key link between category strategy, portfolio development, commercial teams and marketing execution, while creating synergies across The Signature Collection brands.
- Product Marketing: develop product marketing concepts and propositions, create marketing content and tools;
- Communication: manage campaigns, prepare trade marketing, develop sales support content & materials, product training tools and trainings; support customer visits & events, trade fairs etc;
- Customer & Market Support: support collection of customer feedback, monitor campaign performance, support analyses, identify opportunities to strengthen customer relevance
- Product Development Support: development projects; coordinate project activities, support the preparation of product concepts, business cases and launch plans.
- Support synergy within and from the team: Category Manager: Category Strategy & Growth, Portfolio Manager: Portfolio Development & Lifecycle
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Professional Skills/Experience: +2 years in a similar role, preferably in B2B companies. Marketing Communication, Content Development, Digital Marketing, Project management
- Language Skills: Fluent Dutch and English
- Computer Skills: MS Office
