Summary
We are seeking three highly motivated Graduate AI Business Engineers to join our team in Maastricht.
This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates to work across AI, business improvement, automation, and IT operations. You will collaborate with technical and business teams to identify opportunities for process optimisation, develop AI-driven solutions, and support digital transformation initiatives across the organisation.
No extensive work experience is required—just a passion for technology, innovation, and continuous learning.
Job Purpose
To support the development and implementation of Artificial Intelligence, automation, and business improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, improve customer experiences, and drive business performance across multiple operational areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying opportunities to improve business processes using Artificial Intelligence and automation.
- Support digital transformation and continuous improvement projects.
- Analyse business data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and recommend technology-driven solutions.
- Support AI initiatives, including Generative AI applications and business automation.
- Assist with process mapping, documentation, and optimisation.
- Contribute to projects across Lead Management, Sales Operations, Ordering, Billing, and Customer Care.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative business solutions.
- Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and industry best practices.

Experience Required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
- Recent graduate (or graduating shortly).
- Knowledge of AI, automation, programming, or data analysis is advantageous.
- Experience through university projects, internships, or personal projects is beneficial but not essential.
- Full training and ongoing development will be provided.
