Over deze functie:
Als Assistent Teamleider ben jij mede verantwoordelijke voor onze Horecapunten, waaronder ons Tuincafé (Café-Restaurant). Samen met jouw team zorg jij voor een optimale beleving van onze gasten, van een sfeervolle lunch of heerlijke diner tot een perfecte koffie.
Wat ga je doen:
Het team verdelen over de verschillende horecapunten
Schakelen in geval van zieken, afwezigen en bij drukte
Zorgen voor tijdige en voldoende bevoorrading
Meewerken in de diverse horecapunten
Wat we bieden:
Je ontvangt een salaris tussen €2.554 en €3.038 bruto per maand (afhankelijk van jouw ervaring)
Slechts 1 avond en 1 weekenddag per week werken
Een uitdagende en afwisselende functie
50% toeslag op zondag en 100% op feestdagen
Een baan met zéér schappelijke werktijden (we sluiten om 18:00 of 21:00 uur)
Heb je jonge kinderen, dan heb je recht op 1 extra wensdag
Het betreft een functie voor lange termijn
Je ontvangt 25 verlofdagen per jaar bij 38 uur
Personeelskorting tot 20%

Je hebt ervaring in de horeca
Bij voorkeur heb je al ervaring met het aansturen van een team
Je bent minimaal 32 uur per week beschikbaar
Je spreekt de Nederlandse en Duitse taal
Je bent een vrolijke, gedreven collega
Je denkt altijd in oplossingen en mogelijkheden
