The applicant must meet the following requirements:
- Qualified nurse with a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience (with BIG registration)
- Experience working with international patients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Working knowledge of Dutch or willingness to learn Dutch to B2 level
- Highly empathetic, with excellent interpersonal skills and strong cultural awareness
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate flexibility
- Drawing blood is part of the responsibilities of this role. Training and certification for medical procedures will be provided where needed

The position is based in the Polyclinic, where there are several specialisms. The nurse will work flexibly across all specialisms, including Gynaecology, Surgery, Dermatology, Internal Medicine, Preventive Medicine, Travel Clinic, ENT, Cardiology, and Paediatrics.

The International Health Centre The Hague (IHCH) is a dynamic medical centre that offers primary, paramedical, pharmaceutical, dental, and specialist medical care—all under one roof. Our services are tailored to the specific needs and wishes of a diverse patient base, including expatriates, international residents, and Dutch citizens in The Hague and surrounding areas.
Our large team consists of dedicated and expert healthcare professionals. With approximately 110 staff members representing 25 nationalities, IHCH has a unique international character.
