In the past years 6 locations have been opened in Amsterdam, 2 franchise locations in Rotterdam and Groningen and Sushito will open 4 franchise locations next year with growth to national coverage. We are looking for an enthusiastic assistent manager for our branch at Sushito Zuidas and Sushito New West!
As an Assistant Manager, you are the right hand of a Branch Manager of Sushito. Specifically, you will ensure that the branch is always stocked correctly and that there is zero loss. You will also guarantee and control the HACCP in the daily processes, such as the cleaning done by the staff and the temperature lists. Together with the Branch Manager, you lead the staff; you motivate them regularly, give feedback where needed and steer them to make improvements when necessary. In de afgelopen jaren zijn er 6 locaties geopend in Amsterdam, 2 franchise locaties in Rotterdam en Groningen, en Sushito zal volgend jaar 4 franchise locaties openen met als doel landelijke dekking. We zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste assistent managersvoor onze vestiging Sushito Zuidas en Sushito Nieuw West.
Als assistent manager ben je de rechterhand van de filiaalmanager binnen een filiaal van Sushito. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor alles op het gebied van bestellingen, jij zorgt ervoor dat het filiaal altijd juist bevoorraad is! Ook waarborg en controleer je de HACCP in de dagelijkse processen, zoals het schoonmaakwerk van het personeel en temperatuurlijsten. Samen met de filiaalmanager leidt je het personeel en stuur je waar nodig op verbeteringen.
