You: - Hold a completed bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering & Management, or an equivalent field, with several years of experience in a production or assembly environment; - Are energized by tackling complex challenges on a project basis; - Have strong communication skills and excel in stakeholder management; - Know how to professionally adapt to different types of organizations and, as an employeneur, bring a fresh perspective to daily matters at our clients; - Have knowledge of or affinity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma, preferably certified (theoretical and practical) as Green or Black Belt; - Are a generalist engineer: you have a proven track record of collaborating with various departments across the technological product lifecycle process; - Possess knowledge of modern production procedures; - Value finding fulfillment in your workday; - Are fluent in Dutch and English. Any additional language is a great plus.
