A leading financial services organization is building the next generation of its Agentic AI Platform – and we’re looking for experienced Platform Engineers to help make it happen.
The role
You’ll design, build, and maintain scalable platform capabilities that power advanced analytics and AI across the enterprise. Working within a large, highly skilled Data & Analytics community, you’ll support engineers, data scientists, and analysts in shipping impactful, data-driven solutions – while helping shape an emerging agentic AI ecosystem.
What you’ll do
- Design, develop, and maintain robust platform infrastructure for AI and analytics workloads
- Work with modern container and orchestration tooling (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Build and optimize cloud-native solutions across AWS and Azure
- Contribute to the development of an enterprise Agentic AI Platform using emerging AI paradigms
- Implement and improve observability (e.g. OpenTelemetry)
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve platform usability and scale
- Work with open-source frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph
What you bring
- 7+ years in Platform Engineering or a comparable role
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, containerization (Docker), and cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure)
- Solid Python skills and experience with IaC tooling such as Terraform
- Familiarity with observability frameworks (e.g. OpenTelemetry)
- Bonus: experience with agentic platforms or advanced AI frameworks like LangChain / LangGraph
- A flexible, collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a genuine team-player attitude
