We are looking for a motivated Store Supervisor to support daily store operations and lead the team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store operations and team activities
- Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve targets
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
- Monitor store performance and support KPI achievement
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Support stock management, inventory control, and loss prevention
- Assist with staff scheduling, onboarding, and training
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures

Requeriments
- Live in the area of Utrecht
- More than 2 years experience in supervisory or team leadership role.
- Speak fluently Dutch written and spoken (Preferred)
- Speak fluently English written and spoken (Preferred)
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Good knowledge of store operations, stock management, and visual merchandising
- Any other languages are a plus.
