About the role
Jobylon is growing across BeNeLux, and our customers expect fast, friendly, and knowledgeable help when they use our platform. As a Customer Support Agent, you will be part of our Customer Support team, where everyone is passionate about giving customers the help they need to get the most out of the tool.
Your goal is to provide top notch service over chat and occasionally by phone, always with a high sense of service and a drive to solve the customer's needs. You will also act as internal support for the Customer Success team, handling administrative work across customer accounts.
This is the ideal role if you want to develop into a Customer Success Manager over time, working more strategically and long term with a portfolio of selected customers. We value personality first and will give you the tools to succeed, regardless of previous experience.
What you will do
Provide customers with friendly, efficient support over chat and occasionally by phone, always with a strong sense of service
Solve customer questions about the platform clearly and quickly, making sure people get the help they need in a smooth way
Act as internal support for the Customer Success team, handling administrative tasks across customer accounts
Stay curious about recurring questions and flag patterns that could improve the product or our help resources
Keep your product knowledge sharp so you can resolve a wide range of questions independently
