During your internship, you will learn everything about how a Food & Beverage department operates from a supervisory perspective. You will be involved in preparing bills and invoices, creating staff schedules, and handling guest complaints and feedback. In addition, you know how to maintain oversight and step in whenever necessary. You are enthusiastic, know how to motivate the team, and ensure a positive atmosphere on the work floor.

You can experience multiple hotels and departments, attend expert sessions on topics such as Marketing and Finance, receive motivation and coaching from your personal coach, develop your leadership skills, and—perhaps most importantly—connect with all other interns through our TMT classes and social events!

As an MBO student, you receive an internship allowance of €750 gross per month based on full-time: €670 internship allowance + €80 expense allowance. Payment is made in variable periods of 4 or 5 weeks, depending on the number of days and hours worked. This means one month may be slightly more or less than the next.
