Whether you install electrical systems in greenhouses or ensure everything is connected according to the correct standards, you make sure systems operate safely and correctly, delivering craftsmanship that customers and colleagues can rely on.
As an Electrical Technician in Horticulture Engineering, you will be responsible for installing electrical systems. You will carry out various electrical installation tasks, such as laying cables and connecting technical installations in greenhouses.
A selection of your tasks:
Working with low- and high-voltage installations;
Performing commissioning tests;
Reading and executing technical drawings and diagrams;
Processing work orders and information in our ERP system.
You work closely with colleagues from work preparation and projectmanagement and may also supervise an assistant technician. There is plenty of interaction with the team: everyone supports each other, learns from one another, and complements each other’s skills.

You have a background in electrical engineering and have completed an mbo-level 3 or 4 education in Electrical Engineering;
You are comfortable working with computers and digital systems, which you use when connecting installations;
You are technically skilled, structured, and precise, solution-oriented, and you feel at home in an environment where you both work independently and collaborate with colleagues;
You enjoy being on the road and are not afraid of heights;
You hold a valid category B driving license;
You have good communication skills and can express yourself clearly in Dutch and basic English.
