Front of House Team Member (Part-time) – Harvest Hub
Harvest Hub is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our team.
We serve fresh, organic food, specialty coffee, homemade drinks, and catering. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes initiative, and helps create a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
What you'll be doing:
- Welcoming and assisting customers
- Helping guests choose from our salad bar and food bowl options
- Serving food and drinks
- Preparing coffee and a variety of hot and cold beverages
- Operating the till and handling customer transactions
- Opening and/or closing the café
- Keeping the front of house clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
What we're looking for:
- Previous front of house or hospitality experience
- Barista experience is preferred
- A positive, customer-focused attitude
- Someone who can work independently and stay organized during busy periods
- A hands-on mindset — you see what needs to be done and do it
- Reliable and flexible availability
What we offer:
- Around 20 hours per week (flexible, can be discussed)
- 0-hour contract
