We’re now looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our dedicated team in Apeldoorn, a city that combines the charm of living close to nature with excellent connections to the rest of the Netherlands. From here, you’ll help us support our growing customer base and strengthen Dalux’s role in the Dutch construction and real estate market.
Your role
As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the trusted partner for our customers – making sure they not only use Dalux but truly benefit from it. You’ll build lasting relationships, help with onboarding and training, and ensure our clients feel supported every step of the way. All in close collaboration with the rest of the internationl commercial team and while further developing your own skills and taking part in many internal and external Dalux events each year.
You responsibilities will be to :
- Guide and support customers through onboarding, implementation, and training.
- Build long-term relationships by being a reliable and approachable partner.
- Present and demonstrate Dalux software in an engaging, practical way.
- Represent Dalux at industry events, seminars, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Reach out proactively to customers and create new opportunities for collaboration.

- Experience with BIM and/or digital construction.
- A background in construction or real estate is an advantage.
- A natural talent for building trust and creating strong networks.
- Curiosity and the willingness to dive into software to help others learn.
- Fluent in Dutch and the ability to communicate in English.
