WHAT WILL YOU DO
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for the success, retention, and growth of strategic customer accounts. You will work closely with digital leaders, engineering managers, users, developers, and executives to ensure that VIKTOR becomes a valuable and embedded platform within their organization.
You will focus on the commercial and strategic side of customer success, while working closely with our Customer Success Specialists, who bring deep engineering and technical product expertise.
You are commercially strong, structured, and curious about the engineering industry. You know how to build trust with customers, challenge them constructively, and translate their goals into clear success plans.
You bring:

At least 5 years of relevant experience in customer success, strategic account management, key account management, business consulting, or management consulting.

Experience in construction, engineering, infrastructure, energy, manufacturing, or another technical industry is highly valued.

Strong interest in digital transformation, software, AI, and engineering workflows.

The ability to connect with people at all levels, from engineers and digital leads to executives.

A data-driven and process-oriented mindset.

Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify expansion opportunities.

Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch.
