Your key tasks are:
- Creating the GUESS customer experience
- Supporting the Store Manager
- Motivating your team members
- Replenishing the sales floor
- Assisting with Visual Merchandising activities
- Inventory activities
- Cash register duties
- Ensuring a good atmosphere in the store
Requirements for Assistant Store Manager:
- 2-4 years of experience as Assistant Store Manager
- Background in and affinity for sales
- Excellent customer service skills
- Positive mindset
