We are looking for someone who understands how order management really works behind the scenes — someone who sees the bigger picture, understands operational dependencies, and naturally thinks about how things could work better, faster, and smarter.
This role is ideal for an experienced order processing / customer operations professional who wants to move beyond repetitive administration and become a key part of improving and stabilizing operational processes within an international environment.
You will join a team that is actively transforming the way customer operations are managed — with a strong focus on process quality, efficiency, ownership, and long-term improvement.
What will be your responsibility?
- Managing the full order-to-cash cycle from order entry to invoicing, returns, and complaint handling
- Coordinating communication between customers, logistics, finance, sales, and internal stakeholders across Europe
- Taking ownership of more complex operational situations and ensuring smooth resolution
- Monitoring order flow, priorities, and operational risks in a fast-paced environment
- Working with data, reporting, and operational KPIs to support decision-making
- Helping identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for operational improvement
- Participating in process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
This role is NOT for someone who:
- prefers highly repetitive administrative work
- only wants to follow existing procedures
- expects a classic call center or transactional customer service environment
- struggles in dynamic or occasionally high-pressure situations
