Spare Parts Coordinator – DC JUMBO VERS - Nieuwegein
Play a key role in ensuring maximum system availability by managing spare parts, inventory, tools, and technical supplies within a highly automated distribution centre.

Your Role in the Team
As a Spare Parts Coordinator, you are responsible for supporting the efficient management of spare parts, technical inventory, tools, and supplies required to maintain operational continuity.
Your responsibilities include:
- Supporting the efficient organization of the warehouse, tool management, and inventory control processes
- Assisting with the ordering, issuing, and management of spare parts, tools, consumables, and other technical materials
- Managing the ordering, distribution, and administration of company clothing, safety clothing, and personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Processing product changes accurately and coordinating replenishment orders with suppliers and the WITRON Group
- Setting and optimizing inventory levels while periodically evaluating stock requirements against demand
- Performing inventory checks using registration and inventory management systems and ensuring critical spare parts availability
- Providing Maintenance Technicians with technical information and support regarding spare parts and their application
- Working closely with the experienced Spare Parts Coordinator to identify required materials and tools and initiate purchase orders when necessary
- Supporting the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and equipment while ensuring accurate administrative processing
- Conducting regular stock audits and verifying inventory records
- Monitoring warranties and coordinating warranty claim administration and follow-up
- Reviewing completed maintenance activities and performing cost analyses based on shift reports, spare parts usage, and associated costs
What We Are Looking For
- Completed MBO Level 4 qualification in a technical or administrative discipline
- Experience performing administrative tasks within a technical environment and at least one year of experience as a Maintenance Technician or Operator
- Basic knowledge of inventory management, spare parts administration, and internal logistics processes
- Strong analytical skills with a structured, pragmatic, and highly accurate approach to work
- Results-driven mindset, perseverance, and experience working in a project-oriented environment
- Strong numerical and administrative skills with attention to detail
- Good command of English, spoken and written
- Valid Category B driver's license
