Position: Summer Counter Attendant (Seasonal)About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic Summer Counter Attendants to join our team at one of our four locations in Amsterdam during the busy summer season.
This is initially a seasonal summer position, with the possibility of extending the contract based on performance and business needs.
As a Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for welcoming customers, taking orders, preparing açaí bowls and smoothies, handling payments, and delivering an excellent customer experience. You should be friendly, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, food service, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with both customers and teammates.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Fluent in English. Dutch and Portuguese are a plus.
- Able to follow OAKBERRY franchise standards and learn our products.
- Flexible availability, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Available to work throughout the summer season is essential.
