About the Role
The HR Compensation & Benefits Manager will lead the full strategic development of reward frameworks within a rapidly expanding organization. This position offers complete autonomy, allowing you to design competitive compensation structures, oversee benefits strategy, and influence executive‑level decision‑making without micromanagement. You will operate as a key strategic advisor, ensuring the company remains ahead of market standards while supporting long‑term organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize compensation and benefits strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market benchmarking and salary structure analysis to maintain competitive positioning.
- Lead cross‑functional initiatives focused on reward optimization and employee value proposition enhancement.
- Oversee benefits administration and negotiate with external providers to secure high‑value offerings.
- Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on compensation trends and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in compensation & benefits, HR analytics, or strategic HR roles.
- Strong understanding of Dutch labor regulations and reward governance.
- Proven ability to lead complex reward projects independently.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Ability to operate confidently in a high‑responsibility, autonomous environment.
