Electrical Project Manager
Dornan Engineering Group is a leading international engineering contractor delivering high-value projects across Europe, UK & Ireland. Based in Groningen, this is an exciting opportunity to join our growing Critical Infrastructure Division as a an Electrical Project Manager, supporting the delivery of our Hyperscale Data Centre in the North of Holland.
You will be responsible to safely deliver high-voltage, mission-critical electrical infrastructure on a compressed schedule, while meticulously managing scope, budget, and design-to-site coordination.
Your day will include:
- Manage daily electrical project delivery, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget targets are met.
- Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and client teams across installation and commissioning activities.
- Track project progress, procurement, labour, and key risks, resolving issues to avoid delays.
- Lead site meetings, provide progress updates, and maintain project documentation and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with electrical standards, QA/QC processes, and health & safety requirements.
- Support testing and commissioning to achieve successful system handover to the client.
About You:
- Trade or Degree qualified in an Electrical discipline.
- Proven track record in the Electrical contracting space, with at least 8 years in a construction management position
- Previous experience in data centre construction projects is desirable
