As an Allround HR Specialist, you are responsible for the full HR administration and act as the first point of contact for employees. You hold end-to-end responsibility for the HR administration in the Netherlands within our international organization and ensure that all processesare executed correctly, on time and in full compliance. You work closely with international colleagues within People Services and the HR Business Partners, and you are present at our Arnhem office on average 2 to 3 days per week.
Your responsibilities
- Managing and executing the full HR administration, including onboarding, internal movements and offboarding.
- Being end-responsible for the HR administration in the Netherlands within an international context.
- Acting as the first point of contact for employees for HR-related questions.
- Managing your own mailbox and, together with international People Services colleagues, managing the central HR mailbox.
- Coordinating and guiding (long-term) sickness and absence cases in close cooperation with occupational health services and managers.
- Managing employee insurances and acting as the point of contact for external providers.
- Supporting and checking the payroll administration, which is outsourced, including processing changes and alignment with the payroll provider.
- Working closely with HR Business Partners and contributing to HR topics that are relevant within the organization.
- Contributing to topics that are submitted to the Works Council and presenting these yourself where needed.
- Identifying improvement opportunities and contributing to the optimization of HR processes and systems.
Your profile
- Several years of experience in a broad, allround HR role.
- Proven experience with HR administration and (long-term) absence management.
- Experience with employee insurances and collaboration with external parties.
- Experience with payroll processes, preferably in an outsourced environment.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage.
- Available for a position of 32 to 40 hours per week.
- Accurate, proactive and strong in communication.
Dutch is the main working language in daily practice; English is used when working with international colleagues, so your English should be at a professional level, both spoken and written.
