What will you do?

We are looking for a hands-on Assistant Manager with a strong hospitality background.
Are you used to taking responsibility on the floor and leading a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment? Then this role is for you.

What will you do?

As Assistant Manager, you play a key role in the daily operations of the restaurant. You will:

Manage inventory, KPIs, schedules, and orders with strong attention to detail
Lead the team on the floor and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Coach, train, and support team members to get the best out of them
Recruit and help build a motivated and efficient team
Create an excellent guest experience and handle complaints professionally
Ensure the presentation and quality of every bowl – always with a smile

Who are you?

You are a hands-on Assistant Manager with a solid hospitality background. You feel comfortable taking responsibility and leading a team on the floor. You:

Have at least 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or Assistant Manager role within hospitality
Are confident in leading shifts, coaching team members, and making operational decisions
Have strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene (HACCP) Naturally lead by example and know how to keep a team motivated
Are flexible and available for evenings and weekends
