Position: Finance and Accounting Expert
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance and Accounting Expert to support the financial management and administrative operations of the company.
The selected candidate will play a key role in accounting activities, financial reporting, budgeting, cost monitoring, and ensuring financial compliance while supporting the company’s international growth and operational development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounting and financial administration activities
- Prepare financial reports, analyses, and documentation
- Monitor company costs, budgets, and financial performance
- Support invoicing, payment processing, and cash flow management
- Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and financial consultants
- Ensure compliance with financial and tax regulations
- Support budgeting and financial planning processes
- Analyze operational and production costs
- Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation
- Support management with financial reporting and strategic analysis
Requirements
- Experience in finance, accounting, or financial administration
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Fluent English and Dutchrequired
- Experience in international business or manufacturing industry preferred
- Ability to work accurately and independently
- Strong problem-solving and reporting skills
