As a Customer Care Specialist, you are the vital link between our customers and internal departments. You’ll play a key role in managing commercial activities, customer communication, daily planning, and administrative processes. You’ll be responsible for your own customer portfolio and act as their primary point of contact.
- Manage daily customer interactions and build long-term relationships.
- Act as the vocal point for your customers and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate proactively with internal teams to meet customer needs.
- Coordinate documentation processes and liaise with the Operational Care Centre for timely and accurate follow-up.
- Oversee the onboarding of new customers in cooperation with sales and operations.
- Provide proactive advice and support with a solution-oriented and service-minded approach.
- Monitor customer KPIs and internal data, contribute to continuous improvement.
- Ensure efficient and accurate administrative handling and reporting setup.
What we would like you to bring
- Relevant work experience in sea freight (import) and/or customer service.
