Do you enjoy solving puzzles, staying organized when things get busy, and want to get a taste of nearly every aspect of this organization in a single internship? Then this might just be the best internship you can find this year.
As a Support Desk intern, you’ll be the first point of contact for a wide range of people: from colleagues with operational questions to suppliers, independent professionals, and clients who reach out about their project, contract, or invoice. You’ll learn how to bring order to chaos, how to resolve a difficult question with a smile, and how to know when to escalate an issue to a specialist. But we won’t just have you sitting behind your screen—we’ll also give you the opportunity to get a glimpse of the teams further down the chain.
What are you going to do?
You will respond to and log questions and requests from suppliers, independent professionals, and clients, both by phone and in writing.
A look at the entire chain: in addition to your work at the Support Desk, during your internship you’ll shadow professionals in recruitment, contract management, success management, and partner management. This way, you’ll see exactly what happens before and after your role, and after just a few months, you’ll understand more about the organization than many people do after years on the job.
Who do we recognize here?
You’re enrolled in an MBO or HBO program, such as Customer Service, Secretarial Studies or Office Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, Facilities Management, or Business. These are examples, not strict requirements: are you in a different program that you think would be a good fit for this internship? Be sure to tell us why, and we’d be happy to review it with you. Even more important than your field of study is who you are:
