Tesla is seeking a Senior HR Operations Team Specialist to join our growing HR Operations team in the Amsterdam/Paris. With excellent organizational skills, time-planning and attention to detail you directly contribute to a fantastic employee experience, by supporting employees with documentation, data management support and front-line expertise.

What You'll Do-
First line response for employee queries and document requests; providing guidance, advice and problem-solving in line with HR policies, procedures, laws, and standards

Manage and process HR transactions (including onboarding, transfers, reorganizations, new hires, terminations, job and personal data changes, organizational changes, employee verifications, etc.)

Strive for operational excellence through timely responses to incoming requests as per agreed SLAs, ensuring high-quality to resolve employee queries within first-contact

Responsible for identifying trends in employee contact – take ownership of project work to remove obstacles for the both the HR Ops team and employees to improve their experience

Ensure operational processes, procedures and policies are properly documented, kept up to date and uploaded to the applicable systems

Responsible for maintaining self-serve resources for employees and managers to ensure they are equipped with all relevant information to manage their own employee journey
- Work collaboratively with broader HR-teams across Payroll, Benefits, Partnering to share information and updates freely to drive a seamless, self-sufficient, employee experience

Act as a point of escalation for your team, supporting with complex queries and coaching team-members to improve the quality of their work

Ownership of proactive communication to the business including regular Newsletter updates
What You'll Bring-
Few years HR Administration/Shared Services experience in a customer-facing

Working knowledge of HRIS, E-Ticketing tools and absence management systems
- Basic knowledge of local laws, regulations, employment law guidelines and policies

Must be extremely organised and detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks or shift priorities as needed in a fast-changing environment

Proven skill at handling stressful issues and interfacing with all levels of the business in a courteous and professional manner

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; especially Excel
