Internship – Global Customer Care
Are you passionate about customer experience and digital transformation? Join HEINEKEN’s Global Customer Service Capability Team and support us in improving global user adoption of our customer service tools and platforms. Your work will help ensure seamless service delivery and enhanced customer satisfaction across our Operating Companies (OpCos).
The internship
As an intern, your main mission will be to support user adoption and continuous improvement of our customer case management and Contact Center tools, through:
- Helping to build and manage the Customer Care community, driving engagement and knowledge sharing
- Sharing and scaling good practices
- Updating and enhancing training materials
- Investigating user feedback and driving improvement of functionalities
- Contributing to communication and engagement initiatives to promote platform usage
You’ll work closely with the Customer Care Management team within the Global Customer Service Capability Team, collaborating across departments and international markets to drive customer service excellence.
Your new team and workplace
This internship is focused on the RQC and Contact Center teams within Customer Care. The Global Customer Care team within Global Customer Service & Logistics manages diverse global programs impacting the customer experience; RQC (Request, Queries, and Claims management), CC (Contact Centre), VoC (Voice of the Customer), Customer Technical Services (CTS), and telesales. The RQC & Contact Center team works very cross functional. We are part of Global Supply Chain, and at the same time work closely together with Global Sales, and Global Digital & Technology.
The intern will be reporting to Global Customer Service Leads, responsible for RQC & Contact Center.

- Currently enrolled in a master’s degree programme, preferably in a business/digital/tech area

- Proactive, enthusiastic, disciplined and high learning agility
- General computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong project management skills

Conditions of HEINEKEN
- You are enrolled at an educational institution for the entire duration of your internship and can provide proof of enrollment for the current academic year during your onboarding.
- In the case of non-EU nationality, you must be registered as an intern with a Dutch educational institution.
- In case of EU nationality, you may also be registered as an intern at educational institutions outside the EU.
- You reside in the Netherlands for the entire duration of your internship. Please note that HEINEKEN does not provide housing.
- You are in possession of a valid citizen service number (BSN).
Our Internship Conditions
During your time as an intern at HEINEKEN, you’ll work in a dynamic environment where growing and learning are at the heart of everything we do. Together, we brew your future step by step. In addition, we offer you:
- A full-time internship, starting on 1 September 2026
- The duration of the internship is 5 or 6 months (to be agreed upon with your internship supervisor)
- Your home office will be located in Amsterdam
- At HEINEKEN, we work with a hybrid model, typically spending three days a week at the office and two days working from home
- You will receive a monthly internship allowance of €650 gross based on a 40-hour workweek
- You will earn 2 vacation days per month (based on a full-time internship)
- If you do not have a public transport student subscription, your commuting costs will be fully reimbursed
