This position is part of the Solutions business (Solco) within Animal Nutrition & Health (ANH). This is one of the two standalone entities to be created from ANH, as part of the divestment to CVC Capital.
Salary range for NL depending on qualification: 82.000 EUR - 108.000 EUR base/year/gross
Salary range for AT depending on qualification: 83.000 EUR - 103.000 EUR base/year/gross
Your key responsibilities
Industrial Hygiene

Lead the development of internal standards and promote good practices across the organization

Act as the key partner for industrial hygiene and occupational health across the organization

Monitor performance and advise management on risks, priorities, and improvement actions

Drive compliance with industrial hygiene and occupational health standards and regulations
-
Support health risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective actions
Labs & Offices
- Lead HSE and Security activities for labs and office environments

Monitor performance and provide management with clear advice on HSE and Security risks and opportunities

Lead or support risk assessments, incident investigations, corrective actions, and crisis response
-
Escalate recurring issues and strengthen leadership ownership of HSE and Security performance

You Bring
-
A university degree in industrial hygiene or a university degree in a technical, engineering, OR HSE & Security field combined with Certified Industrial Hygienist accreditation
-
Strong knowledge of industrial hygiene and occupational health legal requirements and best practices
-
At least 5 years of experience in industrial hygiene
-
Proven ability to build strong relationships across a matrix organization and engage stakeholders at all levels
-
The ability to develop practical, fit-for-purpose standards for a global business
-
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
