As Project Management Officer - Scent Digital , you will play a critical role in supporting the execution of the Scent Business Unit’s ambitious digital transformation agenda, with a strong focus on AI enablement, innovation and business impact.
Working closely with business, R&D, operations, creation and technology teams, you will help translate strategic priorities into structured programs, effective governance and impactful change initiatives.
Based in Hilversum, the Netherlands , and reporting to the SVP, Scent Digital , this role offers a unique opportunity to gain a holistic view of the Scent business while contributing directly to the future of AI-driven innovation across the organization.
Support the execution of Scent Digital strategic priorities, ensuring alignment between business, innovation and digital initiatives
Coordinate key transformation programs and initiatives to drive successful delivery of strategic objectives
Partner with leadership teams to support AI and digital transformation initiatives across the Scent organization
Develop and coordinate communication plans to facilitate organizational change and adoption of new digital capabilities
Prepare executive presentations, strategic materials and project updates for senior stakeholders
Support the deployment and adoption of new digital and AI-powered solutions across Scent functions
Act as Product Owner for Scent Academy, IFF Scent’s internal learning platform
Coordinate learning content development with subject matter experts and functional leaders
Drive engagement, communication and participation strategies to strengthen learning and capability-building across the organization
Identify opportunities to continuously improve learning experiences, content and ways of working
Master’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Fragrances or a related field
Additional background in Chemical Engineering, Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry or Agronomy is a plus
Experience in project coordination, transformation programs, PMO activities or business support functions
Passion for fragrances, perfumery, digital technologies and innovation
Fluent business English, both written and verbal
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
Strong project coordination and organizational skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Ability to engage effectively with multicultural, cross-functional and senior-level stakeholders
