Monitor and interpret transport compliance requirements, marketplace requirements and relevant industry developments affecting transport operations.
Build, maintain and continuously improve transport compliance documentation, knowledge repositories, process descriptions and supporting materials.
Provide expert guidance to Transport, Service Delivery, Pricing, Solutions, Onboarding, Sales and other relevant stakeholders.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in transportation, logistics, compliance, marketplace operations or a related field.
Interprets complex external requirements and converts them into workable, practical and sustainable solutions for the organisation.
Takes responsibility for building and maintaining expertise, documentation and guidance within the assigned domain and ensures follow-up of identified actions and improvements.
Works effectively across multiple business functions to align requirements, share expertise and support implementation of compliance-related changes.
