Steer our numbers, fuel our growth – so our team can focus on saving birds and stopping drones.
As our Jr. Business Controller, you bring data to life and turn financial insights into smart operational decisions. You work closely with your team and colleagues across the business to build accurate forecasts, spot trends, and guide our strategic goals. Reporting directly to the Head of Business Controlling, your sharp financial eye gives our management crew the clarity they need to keep Robin Radar moving forward.
Financial forecasting and analysis: Collate, analyze, and interpret financial data using preset tools and methods. Drive our budget forecasting and closing processes to keep our growth plans on track.
Reporting and dashboarding: Deliver clear management analytics, periodic reports, and visual dashboards. Give leaders across the organization the visibility they need for confident operational oversight.
Variance and trend analysis: Run variance analysis to track operational performance. Identify trend deviations early and translate those shifts into actionable steering advice for key stakeholders.
Financial policies and internal controls: Advise on financial guidelines and help optimize internal control procedures. Resolve routine queries, handle continuous practice improvements, and keep standards consistently high.
Compliance and risk oversight: Review financial data periodically to verify completeness and accuracy. Ensure full alignment with regulatory codes and escalate non-compliance risks before they impact the business.
Cross-functional projects and support: Assist with special financial projects across our entities. Guide colleagues to help them make the best possible use of our data management systems every day.
