About the role:
We’re looking for a hands-on Customer Service & Warehouse Specialist to join our growing European Distribution Center (EDC) in Breda. This is not your typical desk job — you’ll be right in the middle of operations. One moment you’re helping customers and arranging shipments, the next you’re in the warehouse picking orders or checking returned instrument sets. We’re a small, close-knit team where everyone jumps in to help. If you enjoy variety, ownership, and getting things done, you’ll feel right at home here.
What you’ll be doing
- You’ll have a mix of responsibilities, including:
- Supporting customers and distributors across EMEA
- Processing orders and coordinating shipments
- Managing returns and keeping customers updated
- Picking, packing and shipping orders
- Receiving and organizing incoming goods
- Checking returned instruments and implant sets
- Handling invoices and basic admin tasks
Who you are
- You like variety and are happy to switch between office and warehouse work
- You’re hands-on, proactive and take ownership
- You have a strong eye for detail
- You communicate clearly and enjoy helping customers
- You’re a team player with a positive mindset
- You’re comfortable working on-site in Breda and already based in (or well-established in) the Netherlands
What you bring
- Experience in customer service, logistics or warehouse operations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Good Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (like Business Central) is a plus
- Fluent in English and German (Dutch is a bonus)
