About Vegan Temple Bar
Vegan Temple Bar is Amsterdam's go-to plant-based hotspot, just around the corner from Leidseplein. We serve 100% vegan comfort food — think juicy burgers, loaded fries, bowls, pastas and indulgent desserts — to locals and visitors from all over the world.
Founded in 2021 and quickly grown into one of the city's most popular vegan restaurants. We work with fresh ingredients, bold flavours, and a team that genuinely loves what they do.
What will you do?
- Prepare our plant-based dishes: burgers, bowls, loaded fries, pastas and desserts
- Handle mise-en-place and keep the kitchen clean and well organised
- Work closely with your colleagues to ensure smooth service, even during busy shifts
- Handle allergens and dietary requirements with care and accuracy
- Contribute to the quality and consistency of every plate that leaves the kitchen
What we're looking for
- You're energetic, calm under pressure, and love working as part of a team
- You're available in the evenings and/or weekends
- Kitchen experience is a plus — but a great attitude matters more to us
- You communicate well in English (Dutch is a bonus)
- You are precise and have a strong sense of hygiene
