Ready to own CRM impact across Europe and see your work directly drive revenue? As our CRM Marketer for the DACH market, you’ll create highly localized, commercially effective customer communications that directly impact retention and revenue. Because this role owns CRM campaigns for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, native-level German language skills are essential. You know what converts in-market, can write customer-facing copy that feels natural and persuasive, and understand local nuances in tone and messaging. If you love commercial impact, experimentation, and data-driven marketing in a fast-growing e-commerce environment, this could be your next step.
What will you be doing
This role is focused on Germany, Switzerland, and Austria (DACH markets). Depending on your place of residence, this role can be based at one of our offices in the Netherlands (Veendam or Hilversum) or Germany (Berlin).
You will be responsible for CRM execution and performance across these markets, acting as an individual contributor without direct people management responsibilities. You:
· Independently own and optimize the end-to-end email marketing program across multiple European markets, translating group CRM strategy into impactful local execution (as an individual contributor)
· Design and improve automated lifecycle journeys that increase customer retention, reduce churn, and grow customer lifetime value
· Drive CRM revenue contribution by executing personalized, data-driven campaigns and offers that directly impact commercial performance
· Leverage data, A/B testing, automation, and AI-driven insights to continuously enhance campaign performance and efficiency
· Launch high-impact commercial email campaigns and expand lifecycle flows within your first 90 days to generate immediate revenue uplift
· Collaborate cross-functionally with data, brand, e-commerce, and local market teams to deliver commercially effective and customer-centric communications
Success in this role
· KPI ownership: You directly increase CRM revenue share through personalized, high-performing campaigns and lifecycle improvements
· First 90 days: You launch new commercial campaigns, expand lifecycle flows, and identify quick wins in automation and personalization that drive immediate impact
· After 6 months: You have automated and optimized the campaign setup, built a strong understanding of customer behavior and needs, and established effective collaboration with key stakeholders across the business
Who are you
You are a customer-focused and results-driven CRM professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys improving both performance and ways of working. You possess the following personality traits:
· Ownership mindset with a strong drive to deliver measurable results and revenue impact
· Analytical and data-driven, able to translate insights into action while maintaining speed
· Proactive and solution-oriented, constantly identifying opportunities for improvement (e.g. automation, AI)
· Clear communicator who builds transparency and aligns stakeholders across markets and teams
· Collaborative team player who contributes to a supportive, diverse, and high-performing team environment
What do we ask
We think you will be successful in this role if you:
· Have at least 3 years of proven experience in CRM and email marketing, preferably within e-commerce or DTC
· Bring hands-on experience with Klaviyo or a comparable ESP (flows, segmentation, A/B testing)
· Possess a strong analytical mindset and can translate data into commercial decisions and measurable impact
· Have experience designing and optimizing lifecycle and multi-channel customer communications
· Are familiar with predictive modelling concepts (e.g. CLV, churn, RFM) and/or AI-driven marketing tools
· Are proactive, agile, and comfortable taking ownership of day-to-day CRM performance
· Native or near-native German language proficiency (C2 level) is essential, as you will create and optimize customer-facing CRM communications for DACH markets
· Professional fluency in English for cross-functional collaboration in an international environment
