TAG is now entering its next phase of growth. With all key disciplines in house, including product development, marketing, B2B and B2C sales and D2C eCommerce, we are accelerating our international expansion. Our organization consists of more than 60 enthusiastic colleagues, working from our offices in Houten and Lichtenvoorde, including our own warehouse and e-fulfilment center.
To further strengthen our global ambitions, we are looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial colleague for the following position:
ACCOUNT MANAGER NORDICS / EASTERN EUROPE
M/F, Houten, Fulltime 32-40h
As Account Manager Nordics & Eastern Europe you are responsible for the commercial development and expansion of our business in the Nordic and Eastern European markets. You will work closely with the Country manager North-East EU, who remains end responsible for the region, and take ownership of the day-to-day commercial execution and growth.
You play a key role in further building and structuring these markets, both by strengthening existing partnerships and by identifying new opportunities.
What will you be doing?
- You are responsible for the operational and commercial development of the Nordic and Eastern European markets, supporting the regional strategy and driving execution on a daily basis.
You actively manage and grow existing distributors and customers by identifying opportunities to expand assortment, improve cooperation and increase turnover.
You play an important role in new business development. You identify, approach and onboard new partners in untapped markets within the region.
You maintain and build strong relationships with customers and partners, ensuring long term collaboration and consistent growth.- You support in preparing and executing key-account plans, including revenue targets, product focus and promotional activities.
- You manage the commercial process from first contact to order follow-up and ongoing account management, ensuring a structured pipeline and clear reporting.
- You monitor performance on sell-in, sell-out and stock levels, and translate insights into concrete actions together with your manager and internal teams.
- You support product launches in your markets and ensure proper execution together with distributors and retail partners.
- You work closely with internal teams such as marketing, supply chain and finance to ensure smooth execution and alignment.
- Visiting customers and distributors from time to time is part of the role. You are willing to travel within the region to build relationships and further develop the market.
What do we expect from you?
- 2–5 years of experience in consumer electronics, accessories or a related industry.
- Based in the Netherlands and work frequently from our HQ in Houten (Utrecht).
- Commercially driven and eager to develop yourself in an international sales environment.
- Experience in managing customers or are ready to take the next step towards more responsibility.
- Proactive, hands-on and not afraid to take ownership.
- You are able to combine strong communication skills with a structured way of working.
- Comfortable working with data and able to translate insights into actions.
- Strong analytical skills and an excellent command of Excel. You are comfortable working with data and are able to translate this into concrete commercial actions.
- Experience working with forecasts, plan orders and rolling forecasts. You understand the importance of accurate planning and are able to align demand, stock and commercial activities to support sustainable growth.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken. Additional languages are a plus.
