Your New Role
Survitec is looking for a Service Administrator to join our team in Rotterdam.
This is a varied service coordination and administration role where you will support the day-to-day planning and delivery of customer servicing activities. You’ll coordinate technician schedules, customer orders, parts and resources, prepare service documentation and certificates, and keep customers informed throughout the process.
Working closely with customers, service technicians, suppliers, stores and internal teams, you will ensure service jobs are planned effectively, documentation is accurate and completed work is processed for timely billing.

What You Can Expect from the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage customer service orders, including custom and special orders requiring additional resources.

Plan and coordinate service technician schedules for installation, maintenance, servicing and repair activities.

Act as a key point of contact for customers, providing updates and resolving queries or complaints relating to work in progress.

Prepare customer quotes, ensuring the correct pricing and commercial terms are applied.

Prepare and issue accurate service certificates and documentation, ensuring relevant systems are updated.

Process service schedules and technician trip reports and provide documentation to customers where required.

Coordinate people, parts and resources to ensure scheduled service work can be completed efficiently and on time.

Work closely with stores and supply teams to monitor parts and stock availability for planned service activities.

Support stock-taking activities where required.

Respond to and resolve more complex customer or service issues, escalating where appropriate.

Ensure completed service activities are accurately processed and ready for timely billing and invoicing.
About You
Essential Criteria
- Previous experience in an administrative, service coordination, customer service or operational support role.

Experience working with ERP or business management systems.

Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy.

Good written and spoken English.

Strong organisational, planning and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and time-sensitive activities in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Criteria
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.

Previous experience within the marine, technical services, field service or servicing industry.

Experience coordinating technicians, field service activities, parts, resources or customer service orders.

Experience working within a time-critical service or operational environment.
