About the role: We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused, and results-driven Store Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading and developing the team, maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service, and driving sales and profitability.
The ideal candidate is an energetic leader who can create a positive team environment while ensuring the restaurant operates efficiently and consistently according to Papa Johns standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, safety, and service.
- Monitor inventory, food costs, waste, and product availability.
- Follow and enforce all company policies, procedures, and food-safety regulations.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members.
- Schedule employees effectively based on business needs.
- Lead by example and create a positive, respectful, and productive work environment.
- Set clear expectations and provide regular feedback to employees.
- Manage employee performance and address attendance, conduct, and performance issues appropriately.
- Motivate the team to achieve operational, sales, and customer-service goals.
- Handle customer questions, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Monitor key performance indicators, labor costs, food costs, and profitability.
Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of management experience in the fast-food/Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.
- Previous supervisory or team-leadership experience preferred.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Valid Dutch work authorization.
- Excellent organization and time-management skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to service excellence.
- Ability to train, motivate, and lead a diverse team.
- Basic understanding of sales, labor, inventory, and cost management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.
