You are a technically driven specialist who enjoys solving complex engineering challenges and translating theory into practical solutions. You are curious by nature and continuously strive to expand your expertise within HVAC, ventilation, acoustics and related engineering disciplines.
You feel comfortable operating in a large industrial environment where no two installations are the same. You enjoy working with different stakeholders, from maintenance specialists and operators to project managers and engineers, and know how to explain technical concepts in a clear and convincing manner.
You take ownership of your work, are able to analyse problems thoroughly and are not afraid to challenge existing solutions if a better alternative exists. At the same time, you are pragmatic enough to develop solutions that can actually be implemented in practice. You also have:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Experience with HVAC systems, preferably within an industrial environment.
- Knowledge of fluid dynamics, vibration analysis, HVAC acoustics and/or aerodynamics.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary project teams.
- Ability to analyse technical issues and develop practical solutions.
- A TVVL Air Handling Technology qualification or equivalent (preferred).
