Belvilla Property Management Services (PMS) is expanding across the Netherlands and we're looking for enthusiastic Cleaners, Service Staff, and Property Operations Associates to help deliver exceptional experiences to homeowners and guests.

Who Can Apply?
- Candidates currently residing in the Netherlands
- 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, cleaning, facilities, maintenance, or service operations
- Open to all nationalities with valid work authorization in the Netherlands
- Dutch language skills are a plus
- Valid driving permission to drive service car in Netherlands
- Willingness to work on-site and learn property management operations
- Available for flexible working hours
What You'll Do
- Support day-to-day property operations
- Conduct cleaning and quality inspections
- Assist in maintaining guest-ready holiday homes
- Coordinate with homeowners, vendors, and local stakeholders
- Update tasks, issues, and service requests in operational systems
- Help ensure high service standards and guest satisfaction
