ABOUT YOU
You are an experienced Test Manager with a strong background in large-scale system implementations within Financial Markets. You have successfully managed testing in regulatory-driven environments and understand the importance of governance, accountability, and risk management when delivering regulator-facing solutions. You are confident engaging with senior stakeholders, vendors, compliance teams, and technology teams, and have the ability to establish clear decision-making frameworks while driving successful testing outcomes.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO
- Define and own the end-to-end testing strategy covering SIT, UAT, regression testing, cutover activities, and go-live readiness.
- Design and implement governance frameworks, including RACI models, decision-making processes, escalation paths, and exception handling procedures.
- Coordinate testing activities across business, technology, operations, compliance teams, and external vendors.
- Drive defect management, test execution, progress reporting, and risk-based decision making throughout the programme lifecycle.
- Lead go-live readiness assessments, post-go-live validation, and the transition into business-as-usual operations.
AN IDEAL PROFILE WOULD BE
- Proven experience as a Test Manager delivering large-scale system implementations within Financial Markets environments.
- Strong knowledge of Financial Markets products, transaction reporting, post-trade processing, and trade lifecycle events.
- Experience managing testing within vendor-led implementations and translating regulatory requirements into effective test scenarios.
- Good understanding of regulatory reporting frameworks such as EMIR, MiFIR, SFTR, or similar regulatory-driven change programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management, governance, and delivery management skills, with the ability to balance regulatory risk, quality, and delivery timelines.
