As a Supply Chain Assistant, you will support purchasing, inventory management, logistics coordination, supplier administration, and reporting activities. Key Responsibilities
- Support the Supply Chain Manager with daily supply chain, procurement, inventory, and logistics activities.
- Monitor inventory levels, maintain inventory records, and assist with stock replenishment planning to ensure material availability.
- Create and process purchase orders, follow up with suppliers on deliveries, and support on-time order fulfillment.
- Track shipments, coordinate with logistics providers, and assist in resolving delivery and transportation issues.
- Maintain accurate supply chain records, ERP data, and documentation while ensuring information is up to date and readily available.
- Prepare and maintain reports on inventory, supplier performance, logistics activities, and other supply chain metrics.
- Support demand forecasting, inventory planning, and material requirement planning activities.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal departments, including Production, Warehouse, Finance, and Quality, to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Assist with supplier onboarding, supplier performance monitoring, and the tracking of key supply chain KPIs such as inventory accuracy, supplier delivery performance, purchase order processing, and reporting accuracy.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, support cost-saving initiatives, and ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and supply chain procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, inventory management, or an administrative support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and ERP systems.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
- Knowledge of inventory management, procurement, and logistics processes.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Pay: €2.400,00 - €3.000,00 per month
