Role Overview
We are seeking a creative, detail-driven and highly organized Graphic Designer to own and execute the visual and multimedia content strategy across our digital and marketing channels. This role combines strong content creation capabilities, design and video production skills, channel understanding, and the ability to work with modern AI-powered creative tools to deliver engaging, high-quality, and performance-driven content.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing visuals across social media, websites, CRM campaigns, and other digital touchpoints. You will ensure all content is aligned with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and regulatory requirements across multiple regulated markets.
The role requires a solid understanding of visual storytelling, digital-first content creation, and channel-specific best practices, as well as the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with Acquisition, Retention and Product teams to translate briefs into compelling visuals that support the campaign objectives.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design engaging creatives across digital campaigns, social media, and landing pages
- Use advanced image manipulation and compositing techniques to produce high-quality visuals
- Collaborate with different departments and stakeholders to bring campaigns to life
- Adapt assets across multiple formats, markets, and channels
- Explore and apply AI tools to enhance creative output
- Maintain brand consistency while contributing fresh ideas
What You Bring
- 3–5 years’ experience in a digital design role (iGaming is a plus)
- Strong image manipulation and retouching skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator
- Good understanding of AI tools
- A portfolio that demonstrates creativity, attention to detail, and versatility
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Clear communication and a collaborative approach
Nice to Have
- Motion design or animation skills (After Effects)
- Familiarity with performance-driven creative
- Experience working in regulated markets such as Finland (FI), Belgium (BE), or the Netherlands (NL).
- Ability to speak Finnish or Dutch.
