Skills, knowledge, experience required:
- Ability to communicate with clarity, coherence, conciseness and engagement, both orally and in writing;
- Experience in the management of a team of testers, quality or development engineers;
- Experience using, and testing in virtualized and cloud environments.
Desirable:
- Advanced certification in the area of testing and testing management;
- Experience testing NATO/military business domain;
- Experience with assurance tools and processes.
Duties/role:
- Planning, organizing, and conducting formal reviews and assessments across complex domain areas, cross-functional areas, and the supply chain;
- Evaluating, appraising, and identifying non-compliances with organizational standards and determining underlying reasons for non-compliance;
- Producing test documentation, including (Event) Test Plans, Test Cases, Requirements Traceability Matrices, and test reports.
