Job Vacancy: Food Factory Cleaner (Capelle aan den IJssel)
We are a specialized cleaning company providing services to a food production and processing factory in Capelle aan den IJssel. We are currently looking for physically fit, reliable, and responsible cleaners to join our team.

Job Responsibilities
Monday to Friday: Daily production area cleaning. Responsible for cleaning various containers, tools, and the general environment used in production; waste disposal.
Saturday: Deep cleaning and maintenance of the entire factory premises and equipment.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: Approx. 6 hours per day (Flexible/negotiable, e.g., 14:30 – 20:30 or 15:30 – 21:30).
Saturday: 10:00 (or 10:30) – 18:30 (or 19:00). Total 8 working hours (including a 30-minute meal break).
Job Requirements
Legal Status: Must hold a valid Dutch residence and work permit (BSN and relevant documents are mandatory).
Age & Physical Fitness: Must be at least 16 years old; in good physical condition and capable of manual labor.
Physical Capabilities:
Able to stand for long periods, walk extensively, and bend down frequently during cleaning tasks.
Able to lift heavy items and climb ladders for cleaning when necessary.
Work Attitude: Patient, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious in a fast-paced, repetitive work environment to ensure strict hygiene standards.
Language: Basic English or Chinese (Mandarin) proficiency is required to understand instructions, as the role involves handling cleaning chemicals.
Commute: Easy access via Bus 190 or 1.8 km from the train station. Candidates with their own vehicles or who live nearby are preferred.
Salary & Benefits
Probation Period (1 months): €14/hour for under 21 years old; €15 (depending on experience) hour for 21 years old and above.
Permanent Employment: Candidates who perform well during probation will be offered a formal employment contract, with the hourly wage increased to €16/hour, plus health insurance contributions and other benefits.
Statutory Benefits: Holiday allowance (Vakantiegeld) and other statutory benefits will be specified in the formal contract.
Overtime: Compensation or benefits for overtime exceeding 40 hours per week will be negotiated separately.
