You are responsible for the technical team and you lead them in an enthusiastic way. Are there urgent issues that need to be solved right now? You are the one who can assess this well and start working on the priorities first. You spend a large part of the day on the floor, focusing on preventive maintenance, periodic inspections, and following up on technical defects.
For the team, you are the go‑to person when it comes to technical tasks and personal/technical development. In addition, you also take care of administrative tasks, so you are comfortable working with Microsoft Office. You are the contact person for maintenance suppliers, the fire alarm system, and the sprinkler system.

You have at least 4 years of work experience in technical service and/or maintenance. Experience in a hotel technical department is a strong advantage.

You are proactive and able to work independently.

You are a true team player and helpful toward your colleagues and our guests.

You are flexible: you have no objection to being on call for breakdown services.

You speak and write fluent Dutch and English.
