The Opportunity
The Site Logistics Coordinator is responsible for the receipt, handling, storage, preservation and maintenance of goods and materials on HVDC sites.
The Site Logistics Coordinator reports functionally to the HVDC Head of C&C Site Support and is operationally under the direction of the Site Manager responsible of the construction site.
The role is fully based on a construction site based in Borssele, Netherlands.

How You’ll Make an Impact
Ensure smooth material flow to site by coordinating deliveries with SCM, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Track orders, delivery schedules, and potential delays, and assess impact on project timelines.
Coordinate on-site receipt of goods, including unloading, equipment, and required resources.
Ensure safe operations during material handling in close collaboration with HSE teams.
Perform inspections on delivered goods and initiate claims for missing or damaged items.
Maintain accurate tracking, reporting, and documentation of all incoming materials and inventory.
Organize proper storage, preservation, and traceability of equipment on site.
Support waste handling, returns, and reuse of materials in line with project and compliance requirements.
Your Background
Experience in logistics, supply chain, or site coordination, preferably in construction or technical environments.
Familiarity with material handling, storage, and inventory processes on project sites.
Experience working with suppliers, subcontractors, and cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities and priorities.
Basic understanding of HSE requirements in logistics or site operations.
Experience with tracking tools, documentation, and reporting systems is an advantage.
Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across site and office teams.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic site-based environment.
